The Programme

One day. A framework your whole staff can use from the next lesson.

SEND prevalence in mainstream classrooms has changed what teachers face day to day — and most of it isn't formally diagnosed. Decode is a one-day training day built around the behaviour patterns this creates, with a framework that works whether or not a diagnosis exists. It combines evidence-informed theory with practical tools, scenario-based practice, and live script rehearsal. Teachers leave with a named method, not just understanding.
